Data and research are essential for reaching goals of increasing innova&on and productivity within the AEC industry and to shape a built environment that better meets the most urgent needs of society. Too often data and research are seen as opaque to decision-makers or disconnected from the many choices made over the course of project delivery. By using research to tell stories, we can ensure that data supports the work that needs to be done to reach innova&ve outcomes. This talk will unpack research on team culture as a predictor of team success and building outcomes. [30-minute talk followed by 15-minute Q/A]
